1930's style run operation. ‘’Management vs. workers’’ - complete distrust. Bogus self-employment, no benefits. Micromanagement. Any agreement with Globetech isn’t worth the paper it’s written on as they breach all agreements when it suits them. Dishonest company. No transparency. All communications are confidential even your personal coffee break chat. Management bullies and useless HR clowns. Worst company I have ever worked for. The Apple Maps team consists of 100's of bogus contractors and a few employees. You will sign away your free will and independence if you are fortunate enough to receive some type of written statement of working terms (most likely a bogus contract - be careful) from this company. No one deserves to work for Globetech/Apple. You will be expected to rat out your team mates. You will be humiliated. You will be treated like a child in school. You will be treated with dishonesty. Read this and move on - do something valuable and GOOD with your life! Unfortunately I didn't realise what they were doing, I now feel obliged to follow through on my rights as a human being/worker. Hopefully they will learn? But, you - run! Enjoy your life. Globetech/Apple is as close to a black hole as you can find on earth. You will be treated like dirt by Globetech and Apple both. Globetech refuses to even pay you on a set date each month but rather keeps your pay until the first Thursday or Friday of each month, as they reluctantly pay for the work you have supplied, they would NEVER consider offering you any benefits! No pension, no insurance, no holiday pay unless you are their ‘’favourite’’ worker in which case you will get relocation/flights tickets, apartment paid, holidays and tech gear (everything). Globetech is a terrible place to work. They are bullies.
